Taylor Momsen was born in Saint. Louis Missouri. She is a popular American model/singer/actress, singer/songwriter and model. She is known for playing Jenny Humphrey as part of the CW drama Gossip Girl, and also as the singer in the rock group The Pretty Reckless.
