Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. In the wake of quitting her gymnastics career from childhood, Ariel began competing at fitness competitions at the age of 16. She won her Pro Card within a year when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant, model, and sponsored athlete. She started to compete at fitness competitions after quitting the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. Within a year she earned her Professional Card at age 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is one of the most youthful IFBB Pro. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel took six years off the stage to finish her education at college. After completing her college education Ariel returned to the stage in the year 2015. She picked up where she had left off in the previous contests including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. After winning her first competition She continued to compete for several years, setting goals for herself. In 2009, she had achieved four more fitness championships. Also, 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros to ever be a part of history. Ariel spent 6 years trying to complete her degree following her Pro Card award. In the month of October, 2015 she returned by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. She finished with a third-place finish. In the summer of 2016, she was named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. Three months later she took to the Olympia stage and took home the sixth position within the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she didn't have any expectation. The athlete was satisfied by her performance. It's not surprising that she was able to place so high, in light of the contest. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel loves to work out her back. She usually does bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. First, she warms up prior to moving into exercises. Also Ariel is known to make use of her time the best way is possible. The routine she does for her back consists of three or more supersets, each comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
