Annmarie has a proven Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience working across various industries with leaders and teams in order to enhance the business results, especially in times of expansion and rapid transformation by focusing on developing, aligning, and implementing a global human resources strategy. As a consultant in translating business and human strategies into goals and strategic objectives for enterprises and plans has been a part of organizational and performance planning as well as employee engagement, and change management. Awed by leadership, she sees team building and learning as being the key to an advantage in the marketplace. With her broad experience of working with Fortune 500 as well as small- and midsized companies to coach and develop leaders and achieve results, she helped foster corporate cultures that promote the concept of learning, innovation and transformation. Annmarie's enthusiasm for promoting Learning Ally has inspired her to give all of her energy and efforts to the cause. In addition, she is a supporter of several non-profit organizations during her free time.
